I haven't stayed at a hotel atleast 14 years and at that Time I didn't care about weightlifting or my body at all (12yrs old) I was wondering if anyone has had to use these gyms and If so do the have benches and squat racks? Particularly the Hampton chain of hotels (USA)

Most suck.. You have to search to find a good one. I'll typically go to a local gym and pay to workout for the duration of my travel.

You'll get a bowflex and a treadmill most likely. Maybe some dumbells if you're lucky lol. Hotels around me offer day passes to my gym, but being an expensive gym, it's only the expensive hotels that do this.
My vote is push ups, pull ups, and handstand push ups in your room

when I was at the age that we tell youngsters they are too young for steroids , I had a job where I traveled 100% of the time "traveling photographer". pay was shit, and there are no gyms at the local motel 6, (except for maybe the "keg stand"), so I hauled a couple hundred pounds of weights in the trunk of my car. People thought I was nuts, cause I 'd haul my "gym" into the room (always ask for a first floor room). When the girls saw my weights in my room, they were like "what the fuk??" Almost all of them talked about it. Of those, almost all of them reacted positively. Of those, well, you know where this is going.........

I used to do hotel gyms. You will never see a bench ot squat rack in one. You know how fast someone will get hurt and sue.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I stay in a lot of hotels and have never found a exercise room set up for the serious BB. Find a local gym,day passes are normally cheap.

I have stayed in some nice places which had a gym with every machine you could think of but no free weights due to injuries.

I used to travel a lot and it sucked. Mostly cardio really. Even the ones with nicer gyms kill the dumbbells at 50 lbs. But it's also when I figured out you don't have to train a muscle group a 1000 times a week.

Thats some funny shit, you asked if hotel gyms have a squat rack or a bench lol but seriously your lucky to find dumbells over 40 lbs. Idk if its like a liability thing or if they just don't get used that often to put the serious money into good equipment. Maybe you'll also find on of them universal machines that you are suppose to be able to work your who body on, a treadmill or two and a bike or two. That's about it.
