    Austinite... I have been taking 2800mg of lecithin with little to no "improvement" lol. I just recently started taking l-arginine at 2000mg and l-lysine at 2000mg, and 30mg of zinc.

    2800 is not the recommended dose 3600 to 4200 minimum.

    No need to split it.

    Zinc is fine for anyone between 30 and 50mg. No need for more.

    Amino acids don't matter really. Take as much as you want/can handle.
