woo hoo i got the guts up to do the first bicep shot last night. thought for sure that i would wake up this morning and not be able to move. but today its just a bit sore, like a small sprain. it was only 1cc of fina but i feel like one of the tough guys today.:dood:

I did 1cc in my tri's and never again will I do a tri shot. It wasn't so much the pain as much as my tri look so deformed that I had people asking me why my arm was swollen!Quote:

Are tris that bad to hit?....
In two weeks I will be injecting ed and was thinking about hitting the tris for rotation. It will be winny ed and twice a week it will be mixed with cyp. I guess I will hit quads and glutes on the double up days.
did tri last night with winny, it is cake and very easy. I loved it.
Not really any worse than any other muscle. Problem for me was that the oil lump showed up more in my tri any other spot. It looked pretty deformed! Painwise it wasn't any different than a delt or bicep shot!Quote:
