Summer gym hours... Im soo pissed right now

I just bought a summer membership to a new gym because i was impressed by their late hours. So yesterday I show up to gym with an hour to get a workout in... closed... wtf:cuss:

So i find out today that they now close an hour earlier every weekday and 2 hours earlier on weekends, cuase its summer... I dont understand this logic. Do people not workout as much in the summer, or what? Or maybe they figure we have more free time on our hands cuase its hot outside.... ???

And it turns out they dont give refunds for summer memberships... Im so fucking pissed... I hate this gym.

Did they inform you of this before you signed the contract? Was it noted in the contract that they did this? If not, then tell them they are in breach of the contract because they are not open during the hours that you signed up for. I, for one, would be raising holy hell!

Most contracts I signed at other gyms give you 30 days to cancel if you're not satisfied with their facilities.

i'd go in there and raise hell, just tell em your not satisfied with equipment and their new closing hours are rediculious.. do it LOUDLY :)

i hate finding new gyms to workout at.
