And what can I do about this?

I am allowed two breaks at work which are like 6 hours apart...How can I supply my body with what it needs with a weekend schedule like mine.

    Sounds breezy!

Lowfat snacks are great to fight off the hunger and keep the caloric intake high.

Prepare some good food for your brakes. And while you work put some Pure Protein bars in you pockets and when no one is looking eat them. Works for me when I'm at work

Go to the recipes forum. Tobey has some recipes for homemade protein bars and cookies. Also do a search...many guys need quick easy meals while working.
