i cooked a steak after a big chest workout yesterday....overcooked it i should say. i got depressed beause i knew i basically wasted all those nutrients. i may just go rare from now on.

I eat steak well done, when it comes in a plastic wrapper and has "Jerky" written on the label. the only people I've known to ruin a steak by going more done than medium are women.... Talk to me son... do I need to send ya some liquidex for that excess estro your carryin?!

Take a nice cut of raw meat, like a filet, cut off a sliver, and throw some olive oil and your favorite seasonings on it. Its so good, i recommend you def try it.

Get the coals hotto where you can barely hold your hand 3" above the grill for 10 seconds, toss on the steak, wait 4 minutes, flip it, wait another 3 minutes and viola! Perfectly cooked on the outside and red and juicy on the inside.

Damn, now I'm hungry and all I have with me is some nasty ass tuna.

We must have the same grill. Thats my exact technique. Everyonce ina while I'll roast up some garlic, mash it and make apaste to apply to the steak while it cooks
