question for all the sport bike riders....
Ok, I rode sport bikes in the early 90's, and I had a ninja and cbr 600. I sold them years ago.
Today, when I see these bikes out, I always see one headlight turned off. One works, but the other is shut off. Can someone tell me why they do this?
Also, why do these guys wear Halloween masks on their faces, when they ride? Some of these masks looks dumb. One guy had a fake, red Mohawk, hair mask over his head. Another guy looked like he had a monster mask over his face. Can someone tell me, is this some kinda fad? fashion trend?
O, I live in Ohio and I know some states do not allow masks, when riding street bikes.

Lol yep. High beams. If they wanna wear biker apparel then let em. I mean hell that's what being a biker is all about. Having your own style...when I had my R1 I wore a big mohawk. ..and I didnt give a shit what anyone thought about it lol.

I have an R1 and before that rode an R6 and it got to the point to where I always ride with high beam on just so I don't get told I have a headlight out every time I go somewhere.
I don't hate on the accessories but I never have been a fan. I sport the black carbon fiber icon variant. My blue jeans are padded and my jacket is plain black.

The other is a high beam and before you ask why don't they do duel bulbs like cars. Having two headlights on, close together can throw off distance calculations on drivers.
As for gear who cares. Sometimes I go full power ranger other times I squid it.
Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

I HATE the bikes that have a headlight that flashes on and off like a strobe during the day. Stupid IMO and annoying.

for me, all the riding gear is for functionality. I don't give two shits how it looks. the leather is there to protect in case you go down. for me, the face mask which I seldom wear, is to keep the freaking sun off of your face. If on a road trip, nothing worse than saddling up in the morning with a sunburn face burned from riding the day before. but my face mask is just black leather.
...and yes, I do get some looks when I'm wearing the mask.
