What to wear to work ( Doing first cycle )

People Know I workout, but I don't want people knowing... So how do you hide it? Long sleeve shirts all the time? I work in a buisness atmosphere, I usually wear polo type shirt ( short sleeve ) with slacks. My friend was saying to always wear something to show yourself, this way you do not come in one day after 8 weeks on with a short sleeve shirt.. What did you guys do to hide it? Thanks

They see you everyday most likely they will not really notice. And if they do tell them your on Andro or something.

I don't do anything diferent to hide it either.... I don't care what other people think... but that's just me

just buy a size larger than you usually wear since you will be able to fill it by the end of your cycle people who see you every day won't be too observant since miniscule changes overnight are negligible.

however those people you havn't seen for months will definitely know.

just keep the old protein jug near the desk for them to gawk at if they get suspicious.

due to the nature of my work, i kind of have to keep the fact that i'm on AS from client's and some co-workers.

however, to be quite honest, ppl are noticing that i'm getting bigger, suits aren't quite fitting me like they should , but nobody has thought to question it.

run a good anti-e to keep the bloat down, and if anyone asks just tell them new supplements, andro, new routine, diet, etc

personally i would continue to wear the same style of clothes, as ppl won't be quite so quick to notice a gradual gain, as they would if you came in one day after hiding the arms for 10 wks looking jacked

    good luck bro

Wear a suit or sportcoat, a size or two larger than what ya are. I'll be baggy, make you look smaller. And hang around a lot of really fat people, that'll help, too.

most of the ignorant public think that juice is only used by those HUGE guys in the gym anyways...it wasn't until I was in the 250-260 range that people asked questions. Not that I'm anywhere I used to be, but like it has been said, just make sure to update your clothes as necessary, if necessary, and don't run your mouth to anyone, because nobody can keep a secret. Peace, and happy growing
