    Talking Test Levels

Just wondering if having sex everyday increases or lowers your testostrone levels

I tend to feel i perform better at the gym when i go a few days without it

Test is higher in the morning and quoting Big Al "Whats the story morning glory" sums it up rather well.Sex does not alter the test levels at all.

    Thanks Billy Boy

If test levels are highest in the morning the best thing would be to train in the morning but my energy are at their lowest for me, so what's the trade off...

what time do u guys workout, and if your only working out when u can as in after work etc, what time would you like to work out?

I train after work around 6pm i find I can use all the negative energy I have collected at work and use it in my workout.Training in the morning is very hard I use to train at 5 am and it used to Fk my whole day up ......train when it suits you

Only you know how your body reacts to your training and diet and you must train how it suits you.

One rule from BB I have learnt is what works for one person may not work for another we are all different.

    Keep training bro

I think a distinction should be made here.

CARDIO is ideal in the morning, it raises your metabolism and helps keep your body pumping throughout the day.

For me, I like to lift in the early evening, about 5:30 PM. Some of that preference is the habit, as five of six days, that is when I am at the gym.

Yep X is right cardio is best in the morning although I find it a struggle to do anything in the morning!! (Maybe the thought of coming to work?)

Never tried working out early in the morning, might give it a ago soon, summer is only 3 months away here

And isn't looking good, or at least in my case, trying, what it's all about in summer.

I'm 20, 5'10, ~200lbs, no idea about % body fat, not too high,
    never taken AS.

    Thought i'd share.
