I'd go and see the doc mate, but i've had this before, when i was about 15 i had this same problem, it was caused by a rupture in a blood vessle at the back of one of my nostrels, what you described is EXACTLY what i had everyday in summer for about 3 years, i had various treatments including a doc putting some metal stuff up my nose which hurt like fuckin hell, but in the end a doc put a kind of liquid heroin up my nose and that cleared it right up, havent had it since (been 7 years since that was done)

Have you got a lot of hard snot in your nose? if so put vasalene up your nose everyday to make it all soft up there that'll reduce the nose bleeds.

But definetely go see a doc, they'll prob fix you up no probs.

    good luck bro

I have been prone to nose bleeds over the years, and since I started AAS, it has become a more frequent issue, I would say once or twice a month. Like you they appear for no apparent reason, and I usually need to shove some tissue in my nare to stop the bleeding. While I have never had any blood work done in my routine physicals, I would speculate that I am a tad on the anemic side, so you might want to check into that.

    Big Daddy,

Nose bleeds are not uncommon, especially after an intense workout at the gym. With all of the strain associated with lifting, this can often lead to tiny vessels in and around the sinus cavity to rupture. The mass you saw was more than likely clotting and it is nothing to worry about.

I would recommend that you get your blood pressure checked to make sure there is not any problems with it. High bp can also be a cause of spontaneous nose bleeds. If your bp is in check I wouldn't worry about this unless it becomes a chronic issue. If they do become more frequent, make an appt with your Doctor for a possible referral to an ENT specialist if he deems it necessary.

I also get nose bleeds all the time prob 2-3 a month. Sometimes after working out but I even get them just sitting at my desk working. I went to the doctor and mine had to do with my sinus cavities and my alergies. I don't know if you have allergies but that is why mine bleeds every now and then.
