    Trained back and light shoulders today. Light raises and shrugs. Was able to get a good back session in as it doesn't bother my shoulder. Post training shake

    They said it's not torn just severe tendonitis so I'm taking the meds and working around the injury for now. Trained legs this morning post training quest bar

    Hey everyone. Wife and I took some time and went to the mountains for a getaway. Back to the grind today!

    Legs:

    4 sets squats

    3 sets leg extensions super set with front squats

    4 sets seated calf raises

    4 sets side lying leg curls.

    Done!!

    It's improving slowly I have an appointment Wednesday with a sports dr to probably get a cortisone shot

    My wife has a small tear and takes cortisone injections. They tend to help her so should provide you some relief. Just glad you didn’t tear it!!

    Man i sure hope its improving so slow and the pain is localizing but the pain keeps changing. IDK if that is good or bad?

    3 sets incline bench super set w/ incline hammer strength and 2 drop sets on last

    Protein shake trained back and shoulders today. Heavy on back and light movements for shoulders to just keep them loose. Shoulders felt really good today after warming them up

    Yeah I been on a nice tren run. That's probably why I tore up my rotator is cause I was getting stronger then the tendons

    3 sets wide grip lat pulls super set w/ hammer strength rows

    I dont count them anymore... I been doing this so long its pretty easy take food away and loose weight add food and gain. I am doing a light bulk right now
