    Just dropped a 45lb plate on my foot!

    Was at the gym today and dropped a 45lb plate on my foot!!! Right at the begging of my workout too... I still finished though lol. But man I can barley walk now... Hopefully this won't last long. How is everyone else's day going? Lol

    Lmao! I was sliding it off of the smith machine and it's a shorter bar and I wasn't paying attention, didn't have a grip on it and just slid it right off the bar square on my big toe lol

    Lol why do you want to see my pain??? Haha. It's not that bad there's really no pain unless I move it now... But I doubt I'll be doing any calf raises this week haha. I iced the crap out of it yesterday I think that helped a lot
