I just wanted to say thank you to every one in the forum that's gave me advise. You can see my join date buy my name seens I've joined this forum I've took all the advise I could get off here abt training, diet, suplaments and gear. I didn't relise how Littel I new or how bad of shap I had gotten at 33, I'm not where I want to be yet but I've cut over fifty pounds of fat and put in a lot of mass, my skin looks better, I feel better and I'm tan, I've never gotten laid more thin I have lately.. lol this morning I benched 350 which is over my body waight and is something if never been even close to doing so ones agn thanks to every one on here!

Really good. I've been working a lot of hours and geting up at 3am to work out so I beat but other that great. I haven't been able to sneek my phone out to record it but there's a road that runs around the corvette plant that they test the cars on, man they run the shit out of those things some times it's awsome to watch. I'm going to be doing some work on the chillers on the ruff soon so hopefully I can get so video to post.
