Calender photos as a wedding gift! Haha
Ok for one of the wedding gifts(joke gift) for my future wife I'm making a calender of all funny picture of me each month. Should be funny and yes I expect some if not all of u to post some pretty crazy things in here.
That's not y I put this up though. I have a couple questions about prepping for that day? Pictures are Saturday morning at 7am. I have cut out all carbs as of yesterday and drinking 1 1/2 gallons of water a day.
Lot of protien. Not much fat.
I planned on Friday to cut all water off (18 hours before photo) and only eat dry protien(turkey most likely).
Saturday morning get up and at 4 am and eat sweet potato and then a muffin on the way at 5:30.
Any changes to that to make me in better prep?
Should I drop creatine?
Should I take something like dandelion root pills to help me out?

Well if you were getting ready to step on stage I would say drop creatine and start some sort of diuretic. Dandelion root should be enough for your shoot.
