    According to the wife's Fitbit I walked 6.8 miles at the Not So Magic Kingdom. With a 20 lbs tactical backpack and at times a 43 lbs child. Then a 10 lbs Winny the Pooh and child and back pack. Only 88-90'degrees so hydration was not an issue. Lol

    30 seconds between was a good step for my biceps. They hurt nice. Gonna do it for chest and see if I can make it sore like this. Its been a while since I have made it hurt good.
