750 test, 300-400 tren E, 400-300 Deca , kick started with 50mg a day of dbol for first couple weeks of comp.

NPP kept me fuller and able to eat more, but I did drop my compounds a wk out too... I did more of a SBC anyway could've ran higher test but it worked out... next time my doses will be higher only one but 6wks and SBCs are surely the way for me and my body

450-500 NPP - I started out running 700 npp but lowered it
650-700tops of ace gave ya 50mgs more to play with

Plus it was my first SBC and knew I'd grow on that b/c Ive never ran Ace that high ever... actually much less sides from when I ran it at 350-400 than 650-700... I'll take that switch but the dreams were insane! ��

You're all winners, because you've all made progress to your physiques. Nach and Cape both look great, and on overall progress it's hard to judge.

For me, and I'm not being biased, it comes in at Nach, Cape, Obs.

Obs - chalk this up as a great learning experience. Not to take anything away from Nach or Cape but these boys have been doing it longer and to a higher standard. They know how they'll respond to diet and training much better than most.
Considering you didn't and don't measure food intake, you made good progress.

My 2 cents - very much looking forward to actual judging comments and results.

Cape - keep that going another 4 weeks and keep us updated on progress.

Nach - I wanna see what kind of beast you are after the next 2-3 SBC!

Priming would have helped. One day Obs and I are yelling at each other. The next we are in a competition. The next Nacho is in it. None of us expected to be doing this. Then extending it. Lol

I want to agree with you on your call on the final standings but OBS really impressed me so part of me wants to put him first not just because of the transformation physically but I feel he has grown some mentally as well and I went from not liking him that much to liking and respecting him a lot so in my book that's most improved...im torn you all have my respect and admiration...now that said, if I was involved I would have crushed you all lol....
