At the time of my Avis I was putting up 150 lbs DB on military Presses for reps. I posted in the Dungeon the first time I did it. I was doing 315 on the bar. Tren was great for that. Terrible for walking up stairs. Lol

At the time of my Avis I was putting up 150 lbs DB on military Presses for reps. I posted in the Dungeon the first time I did it. I was doing 315 on the bar. Tren was great for that. Terrible for walking up stairs. Lol

That's impressive Cape! And I know and sure agree regarding Tren .... Tren and drol had me pressing the 150 bells on incline and was getting 385 on incline(smith) for 6 its posted in my w/o's - sure did a number on the shoulder but hey 'fuck it' - then @ World Gym they had a lying flat hammer strength chest press(started close to your shoulders) had 4plates aside plus a quarter) -

Tren was great for that but it sure hurt worse walking to work lol

Sounds like we used to be bad asses. Lol. I've had trouble with my left shoulder. Nothing like you shoulder. Mine likes to come close to popping out of the socket. The Chiro has to reseat it about every 3 weeks. Those over head presses wreak havoc on it.
Tren keeps me out of breath but damn the strength.
