I am going to have to make a calendar with various stages of goals of maitenance and progress toward a prime just before my next cycle. If I dont set up achievements the cops will get a call about a naked guy in a tree throwing his own shit at cars.

Haven't been drunk in years, I get an allergy/toxic reaction to ethanol when I drink it, causing immediate flushing and headache.
And I used to be very good at drinking too.

One more workout. Back has really filled out especially up top. Severe elbow pain lately. Need surgery but I also cant stand to be laid up.

Start working on your lagging BPs like tris etc or your gonna create more imbalances - back looks good but it'd look a lot better if your bf was down like in the beginning pics

Got bod pod appointment tomorrow. Elbow is arthritic and has been hyperextended since 18. You are the expert but I dont think tris are behind anymore.

You posted a few back pics but not in the closing pics? Guess it wasn't needed lol - It's big/& thick - just stating it was more ripped in the beginning photos and that's the only way to bring out the detail on a back imho... it's big up top always including me could get more lower back development!
