    Stairmaster or stepmill?

    I lift at home and i really like stairmasters, but they are really expensive. I want one in my damn house lol. But before i shell out that kind of cash i wanted an opinion from you guys on another option. Theres 2 kinds of stair masters you mainly see;

    A real stepmill that we all love

    And these weird rinky dink ones

    Ive never used one of the rinky dink ones but for the price difference i would give it a shot if it will offer me a similar workout as a real stepmill. Has anyone used both with this in mind? Ive always walked right passed those cheap ones

    Stepmill all day!

    Crank it 110 steps/min and hop on for 50 mins, fun times!

    I imagine if it offers resistance step action they wiil all be the similar. I guess it depends on quality.. what's the price differance ?
    Hers my step master Attachment 167670
    Almost 75% grade or plus. They are steps for an old loading dock from an old rail road system that cuts through a sheer cliff face . It's free, only cost is calories I spend to get to them right up the road at the park trail

    Thats awesome. Throw a weighted pack on and you'll be all set.

    Yeah I been planning on it but then I can't really sprint so much lol..I been wanting to ring some 10 lb dumbells with me (that's all I got) as it is I already skip like every 3 steps to get a real big stretch and R.O.M.

    i know it sucks but. Took a I walk around there the other day and found some hidden water fall with like a 100' rock slide that goes right into a natural pool. It's been mild here for some reason. But then again weather is always weird here..literally can be 60and sunny one day as the next is 20 and blizzard...it's been a wet winter here.
    Can't wait for the summer
