Competition Starts This Monday.
We had a lot of people say that they were in and now don't seem to be.
If you are competing this time starting Monday put your name on this thread.
We will be giving out words that you must display in the pictures tomorrow.

I'm ready to go...just seeing my back for the first time and realizing how much fat I have in the lower back has lit a fire under my ass...my pics do me no justice as far as separation in my legs and vascularity...I had no pump I just got up this morning and took them and they suck but its just step one in my ghettofabulous master plan...

We got a motivated little group here,
and it's gonna be great.
One things though;
When does the comp end?
Is it 6 weeks or more?
Need to put up a little battle plan if I'm gonna get noticeably more ripped at the end.
