    First Cycle HELP PLS

    Wassgood fam, so il get right into it im 18 and iv been training seriously for 1 year and dieting seriously for a few months now .everything is going well and iv been around the gym for about 3 years altogehter im quite familiar with workouts and form is good etc ,i use to go with my brother but i would just bless the gym with my presence .... god i wish i continued when i was like 15...

    so iv made good gains i went from weighing 66 to 71 kgs im sitting at 71kgs at the moment

    iv made a decision to jump on gear

    currently i could only get my hands on test prop so i will be running that

    i got 2 vials of test prop and will be using clomid for pct

    planning to run cycle 8 to 12 weeks

    1ml a week (250mg) .... i know this is a low dose but i want to start low because what will i have to do in the future if i start high now...

    so my question is how much do i jab each day if i do 1ml?? is this too low would i need do higher the dose to 2ml?

    im only looking to gain about 5-8 kgs

    in regards to pct i was told i take a pill of clomid everyday whilst im on cycle and then when i get off i take it for 20 days then i can stop

    i will be having a strict diet whilst im doing this

    First things in morning ->
    10 caps Aminos
    20gm Glutamine
    Meal 1:
    150gm Oats + 1 scoop of Isolate Protein

    Meal 2:
    200gm Steak or beef mince + 200gm Kumara + 1/2 Avocado

    Meal 3:
    200gm Chciken + 200gm kumara + 2 caps Mega no2

    Meal 4:
    100gm Oats + 1 scoop of Isolate protein
    Pretraining:

    2 caps Mega no2
    1 scoop creatine 10gm
    1 scoop pre workout
    10gm Glutamine
    2 caps L-carnitine

    Post workout
    2 scoop of protein
    4 caps Bcaas
    10m Glutamine

    Meal 5: 30 mins after post workout
    200gm Steak or beef mince + 200gm mix Veges

    Meal 6:
    10 Egg whites + 2 scoops of casein + 10 Almonds

    Before Bed:
    1 scoop protein
    10 caps Aminos
    10 glutamine

    please can i have some on advice on my cycle and pct?

    2 vials of prop?! Won't last long... and your shutting yourself down for a measly 250mgs/wkly?!?! You don't take clomid on cycle whoever is giving you info needs to learn too so I'd suggest reading the stickies... especially the one Cape has linked! Then educate yourself by reading all of Austinites database until your 25(FYI - your brain and endocrine system are still developing.. don't fuk off this process it'll leave you with life long problems especially not knowing what you need to know - get the basics down then ask some questions) it's not like drinking a beer buddy! It's very in depth!

    Obviously, I don't think you should be running anything except Protein Carbs and Fats = Food!! And being 18 yrs old you have all the test you need running thru your veins right now! Use it and hit up the diet & training sections! Something is off, whether it be diet and or training, or both!

    How should I run it then ? Yes I'm 18 ? Nd I wasnt told anything about ai nd hcg as I'm not adding any other compounds

    Nobody will knock on your door, or as you might assume, no angel is going to fall in to your room through the window to carefully explain things like if you were a child. The threads with this information are just a 2-3 inch click away from this thread.

    By the way, at your level you can just train naturally and gain like you were on cycle.

    That diet is terrible too shakes should not be the main component of your diet. Why get on a strict diet while cycling instead of just doing that anyways? You are going to hurt yourself and your development for life.
