Cleaning my act up, no more sweet or fat, soda, donuts, red bull, pork, or fatty beef.
Made the decision so thats done.
Water
Gatorade
Fish
Chicken
Rice
Eggs
Milk
Some pasta
Some beef
Occasional barbeque burger from home.
No more beer either.

Good to hear OB you got the heart and diet is the most important thing hands down if you really want this it's gonna take a bit of force feeding yourself lean protein..I gag down chicken everyday when Iam bulking I just change the way I cook it here and there so I don't lose my mind ..I recently started grilling it cause it's nice out grill about 5-7 pounds at a time grilled chicken is delicious but I still gotta force it down sometimes ..i started making salmon pattys a lot more with whole grain crackers relatively cheap like 2.60 for 100 grams protein with the eggs I mix in..I've been trying to get more omega 3 fats and I've been noticing some positive changes in my body since..keep up the good work OB!!

Staying at hotel for the night letting place dry out. The fixed the water yesterday and tore out all carpet. Looks like we will be living there for a bit in the construction, but we decided we are moving to a place just outside town.
Hotel has a multi weight machine. I just showed that machine the first HIT workout it has ever seen. Had to do high reps with all the plates on most exercises but still got a good workout. I will do a little legs in the morn.

Was using ephedrine. Not good for bp so I just bought six star explosion. Only bought that because it has a butt load of creatine and arginine.
Arginine is great for lowering blood pressure so I figured it was the best bet. Using it more for the anabolic and health benefits than anything. Probably will add cialis soon.

I was out of salt when preparing my rice and chicken ration, so I dumped in some picle juice.
I am amazed at how I find these little secrets and just how nasty that was. It was like eating vomit. Dont put pickle juice in your gd rice.

Well, work has picked up like and is stacking. I am loving seeing my dreams come true but am worried about catabolism. I had sweat dripping off my pants and I get this extremely high stress knot it my gut at times. Cortisol and high reps are a pain.
I do love this life though. I had a patron today say that he had been watching me and that I was "an animal".
That keeps me going. Charges me up.
I get to drive off feeling like I am doing something few can and like I am not wasting my life punching a clock and playing it safe. Today was a good day.

Killer day, absolutely all I could do. Took down a tree growing horizontally over a giant galvanized barn. It was six hours of carving off chunks of wood overhead and carrying them one by one to the edge and throwing it off. Sweat dripped off of me in a solid stream all day. I drank water and gatorade all day and my arms cramped for hours afterward. Job complete. It was one of those really bad ones that took finess and energy all day in 100 degree heat index. I did damn good though.
I wanted to work arms tonight but am moving it to tomorrow and taking the day off tomorrow but for working out. More calls coming in for bid, trucking right along.
Only managed about 250 grams of protein today. Most of it was after 3:30pm. I feel like my leg day last night was futile I burned so much energy and ate so poorly.

Hah!!! literally laughed out loud OBS...I once in my younger years thought it would be a good idea to marinate some meat in pickle juice...I figured any good marinade has spices and some kind of acid in it? I like pickle juice..sooo..should have been good.
Nope!!! fricken ruined all the meat. Tasted horrible!!
Rather surprised that graham crackers isn't good in cottage cheese though. Of course I don't care for sweet things like fruit and such in my cottage cheese.
I take it with tomatoes or just salt & pepper.

Used feroce shoulder technique tonight. High rep to failure switch between exercises without break.
Burnt the piss out of my shoulders. That guy has some good tips.

Seth on arms. Worth the watch, very interesting technique. I love his switch up style dont think he does more than three reps without adjusting angles.
