Very good man and friend is losing his job at a property management company I do a lot of work for. This guy is very educated and held a 3.9 gpa. First time I shook his had and talked to him I realized this guy knows how to play ball. He could fucking articulate like no other and his mind for business mirrored mine.

I found out what the company was paying him and I about shit myself. They were fucking robbing him blind.
This guy was easily worth six figures and then some!
Anyway due to health problems with his wife he had to move. He requested telecommute while his wife recovered and was denied...

I am sure he will go above and beyond now that he shook them off but good lord that company will not find another guy like him.

The guy could look a contractor dead in the eyes and sell them on giving cheaper bids and if a contractor listened they were rewarded with volume out the ass like I was.
This is gonna hurt my bank account worst because Paul understood the loyalty side of business and how to earn it.

I swear to God If I ever get an employee like him I won't be so blind. That one little shitty decision will cost that company millions. There are people who understand business and have the gift of gab but he was top ten on my list.

Companies are often started by individuals but they only thrive because of good employess and management. How big a company gets is all based on how well the owner and manager can recognize talent.

I took a pole saw and top hand up a tree today @ over 300 lbs with my harnesses and ropes. My fucking gaffs were cutting into my feet so bad I couldn't take it. I buy boots with steel shanks to prevent this but at that weight it doesn't matter.

I hate climbing and gotta hire someone to do it but can't find anyone thats not a candy ass. I am getting too old and fucking sore for this shit.

I took all my shit up and out on a skinny limb that had a hollow spot and just thought the fucker was gonna snap under the weight. No big deal except I was tied off to it and a house was under it! Fml some days!

It wasn't idling or revving properly though. I fought it for hours and finally had enough. I am great at turning on my anger but even better at turning it off around my family. Sucks I gotta turn everything else off with it though.
Hence, I am distant at home.

It felt wonderful to bash that fucking non hacking saw to pieces though. I have wanted to do that to that POS for many months.
