    Yesterday was squats, did parallel squats nothing impressive, same old plateau 160kg for 2. Good mornings 97,5kg 3 sets of 10 killed me. Another 4-5 weeks before I see strength gains from test E. Drinking the usual shakes morning and night, eating lentil salad meal 2 and 3, until I finish this batch of 900g lentils... then its time for a cheat day before I go low carb again.

    Freaking legs hurt, I'm crippled for at least 48 hours. Haven't done legs in line 6 months other than bike.

    For a blood test tomorrow, to see if I'm clear to run this gear.

    Down to 135 today, time to clean up diet for a very clean bulk. No mo' captain crunch
