I couldn't wash the front of my neck in the shower. My girlfriend had to do most of my body.

I injected today at the top of my biceps. The day wearing on seemed to make all the medicine gather at the bottom. Burnt a lot. May go back to glutes only for a while. Im not a pussy, its just probably not worth it. Never have believed spot injections were good for anything but rotation for over pinned muscles. May have to go back to them later though, as I have never shot this many ml this frequent, in my glutes.
Shoulders tomorrow I believe.

This dieting is getting tough... I feel tired, weak, and irritable all the time. I find myself questioning wether it’s all worth it. I think we’ve all been there. And if you haven’t, I don’t think you’re taking it as serious as the rest of us.
I think when this is over I’m going to finally take a week off from training and let myself live a little with my diet. I’m tired of being hungry all the time lol

Thanks brother. I think we are all working very hard for this. Sometimes I feel my results so far don’t reflect it. I really wish my tren wasn’t so crappy. Hopefully a strict diet, hard work in the gym, and some good old fashion test will do the trick.

We all are nuts in the same way. I just looked in the mirror with my pump gone and thought, "What the hell happened!?"
Not an hour before I had flexed for my girl and she said she did not approve, which is a great compliment. She "doesn't want me to look unnatural.
We get ideas in our head of what progress we aren't making and lose sight of the progress we have made. It pushes me on, makes me eat more, and makes me try that much harder.
Take heart man, you are doing fine. All us crazy asses will never be satisfied. That is why we are freaks.

I just made the desicion to knock off my favorite past time, as it played the devil when it came to strict diet.
I got 4 weeks to cut 10 lbs now, weefer free, I should have no problem doing that.

Got cramps in my lower back on the first set on presses. Got cramps after the dropsets needed a bit extra rest. Lol damn anadrol .

That's a bleak outlook on things man. My plan has been to minimize sides and take enough time off. Do blood work and try to gauge whether it's too bad.

Give it hell! Careful with that knee! You have overcame a shit ton of injuries man... I pray I stay away from that. I will be back in the depression thread if I get hurt. I have put too much of myself into this to go back to square one. You have a fairly indomitable spirit.

Gotta share this here, read it, its funny.
I live in a big duplex with a basement. My neighbors are great. Couple is about our age. Great folks to talk to.
My gf has befriended the woman big time. They already talk about private shit.
Now my dungeon is somehow the acoustic epicenter of this structue. The neighbor's bedroom is at the other end of this building but sound passes back and forth like an intercom. I cannot figure it out and I have tried.
So the neighbor chick says to my gf, "Do you hear us over there?"
Gf: No.
Nc: Well, Dusty and I were having sex for the first time in a month (lotsa kids) and all of the sudden we heard powerstroke grunting and cursing. We tried to stay at it but it was so creepy. We figured he was hearing us and...
Gf: He is working out. He wears headphones and can't hear himself. You should listen to him. He will grunt and cuss and randomly sing one line from a song.
Nc: Thank God we thought he was pissed off or a complete pervert!

Tonight's workout;
Atg squats 170*4,2,4
Leg extensions 130*18,12,10
Med ball crunches 30,30,30
Shot 200mg test base approx 100 minutes pre workout. 2ml in left 2ml in right delt. Well now I can say it does work but no mental/energy effects. Nice little strength increase. After the second set lower back pumps started annoying me again. Took a little longer rest.Walked out with the bar and it felt damn smooth for a third set. Kept pushing and got 4 reps somehow. Was a bit early in the gym couldn't film this PR. Kind of a big PR actually. Though I planned to do leg pressed but the pumps were so bad I decided not to.
Next time it's test base in oil/guaiacol, none of this crippling water based stuff. Not even sure how I am supposed to work tomorrow.

The abstract of that paper says in the last paragraph "While protein restriction may be appropriate for treatment of existing kidney disease, we find no significant evidence for a detrimental effect of high protein intakes on kidney function in healthy persons after centuries of a high protein Western diet."
To be honest 300g protein didn't do anything more for me than 200g. So for a 80kg guy like me that's enough. This paper explains also why there's reason to not believe higher protein will do anything more ( http://home.exetel.com.au/surreality...n%20Humans.pdf ).
My diet is better than the vast majority... Always get a 1:1 Omega 3:6 ratio, 30-40g fiber, lots of vitamins and minerals from natural sources, antioxidants etc. The only reason I'd eat energy dense food that doesn't have a good nutritional profile is if I really need the energy to not lose weight. Not everyone lives off of chicken and rice lol!

Proper maitenance on your engine willprolong its life but c'mon man... Think about the wear us crazyfuckers put on our bodies. Every damn night pushing and pulling until your joints ache just so you can get that one failure rep that makes your eyes bug out and makes you veins pop out and spikes your bp.
I don't believe exercise in the amount we do it is good for you. A little cardio might be good but throwing on musle to a frame and organs that were not intended for it...
Sounds like a big turbo getting slapped on a gas engine. Gonna fry some valves.
