    Just food for thought Dr. Scally proposes a dose of 250 iu or less is virtually useless.
    I don't try to sway anyone's opinion on dosages. I only adjust dosages to suit what I believe to be my individual needs. As said earlier, using higher dosages of AAS becomes a juggling act with side effects. Slip once and it hits the fan.

    Beta receptors are the fun ones. They down regulate quickly and come back just as fast. Clen/eca = 1wk on 1wk off. I have shot the holy piss out of my beta receptors. I must say they dont react to the same compounds like they did when I was a teenager or early twenties. Part of that is probably just aging though.

    Will power is hard to have.especially when first starting the weight loss journey, and not much results can be seen from hard work yet. Then BAM!! Pizza and bagels and donuts at a place you thought you had a tiny small bit of sanctuary from the things that brought you there.

    Its sad and not in good morals.

    That being said, when I do happen to find myself there on the odd pizza or bagel day. I take slice after slice, bagel after bagel as if I was eating them and put them into the trash, or a locker with a combo lock I don't care about.

    Fwiw. This competition isn't changing much about my fitness, other than forcing me to tighten up diet, and get 9 hours sleep a day.

    I am linining the underside of the stairs with sheet metal because I know they will try to pry the boards loose.

    Had to carb up and remobe beans and lentils from the diet. Too much fiber and hard to digest, too much gas lol.

    250kg Rack deadlift 4 reps (last session did 245*4)
    SLDL 160kg x 8,8,8 (last session did 160*6,6,6)
    Standing single leg calf raise 3 sets
    Seated calf raise 3 sets

    I slightly increased it. And by slightly I mean one extra 1/2 cup of oats. For carbs I am eating 2 1/2 cups of oats in the morning, 2 cups of rice (measured cooked) for lunch, and 3 cups of oats before I train.

    It's 550. Our blue plates are 44lbs and yellow are 33. Yeah might have gotten one more we'll see what I can do next time
