I've been focused on bulking up a bit. I feel strong as shit, but feel like shit when I sit down and feel a gut there.
I'm pretty unhappy with how I look. I'm not a person who really cares about size, of rather be skinny cut and strong. Over puffy, bulky big.
Plus my loose skin, it seems to make anything over 10-12% look terrible, I dunno. Time for drastic measures I guess. Back to vegetarian it looks like

Advice to all...
Get to a spot where you get compliments in public. It makes the food go down easier, the workouts seem more tolerable, and the needles go in easier.
I am not satisfied with how I look. I hate the way I look.
I am insecure about my physique but having a bit of an ego helps a lot.
A guy gets to a point that he cant bear to choke down another piece of dry chicken but when someone stops by you haven't seen in a month and they say "GD! Wtf are you taking!" It makes that piece of chicken and five or ten others go down with ease.
Diet is a bitch. It takes dedication. I frequently skip meals just because I can't fucking stand chicken and rice every damn meal. Sometimes I have to make myself hungry enough to eat my ration and that is not productive.
I had six or seven people call me ripped or huge or big mfer last night and it just put down my breakfast with ease reflecting on it. Time to go jam needles in my delts, I will be thinking about what those folks said when I am doing it.

I understand. I actually worry about what would happen if I got hurt etc. and couldn't lift... I would probably get suicidal pretty damn quick if I had to go back to my old self.
You look good. I know you have the same mentality about your physique as I do. I think we both have dysmorphia issues.

Well my personal life has been affecting me negatively for the last year or so. Its been so bad couldn't really focus on this hobby much at all. Most gym sessions were forced and rushed.
I've eliminated the source of my issues today. I called it off with my fiance on Thursday, changed my number blocked her on FB. haven't spoke to her in 2 days..
Its a change, but I feel my self feeling better already, worst is going to be the effect it has on her daughter who I've been a father to since she was 3 yo.
I can't take the non stop bickering rolling into full blown arguments.
Now I can focus, I'm going to be back to myself in no time I would imagine

Obs, i take two rest days and this is what happens.
Tonight's workout;
Bb incline 100*9,4,3
Db incline 40*16,7,6
Db flat 40*7,7,7
JM press 62,5*12,12,13
Went low on the anadrol but went back to 100mg per day today. Feeling better and will give it another attempt now with a couple teaspoons of taurine daily. Got different propylenglykol glycol, very different, and went straight to 50mg/ml no prob no settlement less bad taste...
Considering switching to 3 meals per day, I'm losing too much time for the third meal. Current thought is to make the shakes at morning and night heavier, like banana/avocado/yogurt/whey/flax+oil/milk, pb/dark chocolate/banana/flax+oil/whey/milk. I wonder what else I can make with similar macros so I don't get bored. 1000 calories per meal approx and 200 protein and carbs.

2 regular heaped teaspoons twice a day, I think I get as much powder as a regular tsp measurement.
I get addicted to the energy drinks easily too. I think it's both the taurine, caffeine and the vitamins, the synergy helps. I'm going to make my own blend some time again though. My own prewo supp. I like citrulline too.

The pre workout "pumped raw" containes 'Higenamine HCL' which is pretty similar to clenbuterol . As well as a good bit of other things like beta alanibe, taurine, citruline, etc

Damn I feel better now. Have to make sure I inject at the right spot and deep enough on glutes, with that lump I thought I injected a piece of rubber stopper or something lol. It's gone now. Also test suspension is painful and tricky to inject. Need to shake the syringe right before or the test particles settle. Pain sets in pretty fast and makes the muscle much weaker. Will brew it myself with oil and guaiacol next time read that it's painless. Not sure how I'm going to use the test suspension now... 100mg didn't feel like anything either will try 200mg next leg day. Feels good to feel normal now, my forearms feel lighter already.

This is the timing gears, chains, tensioners, and guides to a 2003 pos mountaineer... This is probably the most difficult in frame engine job on the planet. It has distracted me of late but is fixed now.

leg extensions 4 sets to failure
Leg curls 5 sets to failure
Seated calf 3 sets to failure
Standing calf 3 sets to failure.
Barely made it upstairs. Legs on fire from my ass to my ankles front and back. Naseous. Need to put down a shake but I will puke everywhere.
Need more ham exercises. Don't know wtf else to do with my limited equipment.
