One other positive about eating meat is that its a lot more fun to hunt an elk than go pick a carrot out of the garden.

I’ve recently changed diet and am eating more veggies.

Personally, gluten is harder on my gut then meat!
My daughter started having gluten issues around 21. Got her tested and she has celiac disease.

No better meat than elk, other than a prime Angus cow. But cows are only fun to tip.

Raw veggies sounds like torture. I believe no human is suited to, we just don't have the gut flora to process it (unlike herbivores).
I agree with you. All raw was not an answer

Was tested a few years back and results indicated genetic marker for Crohn’s disease. I’ve had digestive issues including Ulcerative colitis for many years. Recent diet changed has helped tremendously

Curious you say that, I have blood relatives affected by Crohn's, I hope I don't develop that at any point in the future.

My wife has this and stress always causes a flare-up and fatty foods. She can eat unlimitied amounts of wheat-based stuff but give her french fries and it's over.

Stress is a culprit!!! In the most stressful times, I would run to bathroom within 10 minutes of JUST being at work!!! The more I’m there the less I care......leadership doesn’t care, why do I?????
