I’ll bet that you let the dog eat it so you had an excuse to eat something else. LOL

I went to the hot tub at the gym for my back. OMG a couple of girls entered the hot tub. Hot bodies ... screw the yoga pants... one was in a bikini and the bottom was like covering nothing, but I wasn’t looking. I immediately thought of DAvid. What would he do? Too many bad influences here. LOL

My mistake is that I always tell my wife about stuff like that because I find it hilarious at the same time. For some reason she is not laughing as much.

    I am looking for advice.
I get out of bed in the morning and everything feels fine. Just a little pain. I went to the gym today and did arms. Everything felt fine.
I went to work and after sitting down for like 20, major pain to stand up. Walking was even more dificult. I came home from work and sat in a recliner and felt real well to go to the gym again. Did seated calf and calf machine( no pain). Went in the pool for cardio. Zero pain. I went in the hot tub and it felt better.

Take a heating pad with you to work. Watch your posture in your chair and make sure your screen is high enough to be eye level. You might be hunched over at work.

In my extensive experience with back issues most of the time heat is a very temporary fix and usually makes it worse shortly after the heat is removed. I have found ice works 10x better but only if you do it properly. Ice pack on the area for 20 minutes and then off 20 minutes. Repeat 3x in a row and at least 2-3x a day. This has helped more than anything with sciatica issues. If it's only a muscle strain or cramp then heat may work for you.

Ice works best for the first couple of day. But I have found alternating I've and heat works wonders. Just hard to ice at work

Going to try these for a while. Either my 11 am or 2 pm meal
Chili looks pretty good, but I would probably throw a tablespoon of fat free Greek yogurt at it to cool it down a smidge. Looks like it has a good bit of heat to it?

Today it became very apparent that my diet and, especially the IF, is making my workouts very difficult. Not eating before a workout that the last 2h+ makes it very hard. I get these white circles in my eyes when I am looking, so my vision is a bit blurred. Insane but pushing through. Mostly laughing at it as I am not feeling hungry, just exhausted.

    Today's training
    Butterfly Pull-Up Practice
    7 Rounds:
    :20 Seconds Max Pull-ups
    :40 Seconds Rest

    Conditioning
    4 Rounds:
    21/15 Calorie Assault Bike
    15 Toes to Bar
    7 Clean and Jerks - 70kg

    Midline
    Not for Time:
    4 Sets:
    7 Glute Ham Raises
    14 Pausing Hip Extensions
    21 GHD Sit-Ups

I have moved my Dinner Smoothie to have it directly after my workout at 12 PM as I get so tired it's hard to drive home otherwise.

    Today's Lunch

Sitting is always been the worst thing for my back. So many things that could be causing it, hard to say what to do or what not to do. Make sure you stretch your hams, but only if it doesn't aggravate it

45 minutes in the gym, 5 minutes rowing, 20 minutes HIT cardio on the bike, and stretching/foam rolling. My whole body is tight as hell, feels like golf balls all throughout my legs. Sucks!

I have made the decision to stop my cycle, and stop weight training for a little while. My back is getting worse, not sure what's causing it, but feel I need to give it a break. I've been on cycle since oct 12th, and only took a short break from the cycle before that. Not sure if that has anything to do with my back, but feel I need to give it a break. I still feel pretty good about the competition because I think with cardio and diet I can still make some major improvements.

I am sorry to hear this. You really have been cycling way too long. You do need a break. Keep going with the diet and cardio. You will be surprised what you can do naturally. I just hope that I can weather the storm with my back. The only cardio that I feel good doing now is swimming.

Yea, know what you mean charger, I've worked out naturally plenty of times, just sucks when you trying to reach a goal quickly. Good thing is my main goal is to lose fat, and since I'm not bigger than my natural potential, I may not lose too much muscle. I will still do a few light weight things that I know will not strain my back, like machine preacher curls. Running tends to bother it, so I will be spending most of my gym time on a elliptical.

Tarzan you are probably already saturated from AAS and will make much less gains anyway if you've been on for so long. Rest up and if you have some short ester then run a moderate dose at the end. Last comp I cut almost all the fat in the first 6 weeks, using enanthate I am a slow metabolizer that's when it kicks in... So peaked in both regards this way

Yea, I ran a tren cycle earlier this year and got great results. I started a deca cycle oct 12th, and swapped to tren when this comp started, not feeling like I'm getting the results like I have before, body def needs a break. Maybe I take 6 weeks off, and if the back is better, hit a 4 week tren a, prop and winstrol cycle to end the comp...

I'm trt, so shutting my system down is not a concern

You have leaned up. Look good

My gear has yet to get here. Just increase my TRT dose to double. My scale says I weigh the same but I have leaned up some myself.

I just completed a 24 hour fast today. Not on purpose, was suppose to be 16 hours but I woke up with a massive headache this morning. Which is unusually for me, I just didn’t feel like eating and did some house work. Eventually took a nap, which felt better and found something to do for 2 hours until my 24 hours was up. Just figured i might as well finish it and make it a full day.

Which worked for the better because my weight loss had stalled the past few days. I’m down to 204.4 at the moment but was 207 this morning when I woke up at 6am. Measured my blood ketones before I ate and I was deep into ketosis. That’s the highest blood ketone number I’ve registered yet.
