I don't know if it's bc of the frequency of times i eat or the amounts of protein but I find myself having stomach aches constantly esp after i eat.... does anyone else get this or is it just me?(i might go see a doctor if it's just me)

Sorta but I've had stomach aches for the past 2 years or so even when i eat usual...i think this time it might have to do with i just started taking whey protein shakes 3x a day again...i'm thinking about going to a gasterologist(however u spell it) to get it checked out though..
I get stomach cramps once and a while from the extra protein. I also get the shits after too.
Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
Everyone is different...try and dial in to where the problem is coming from ie) protein powder, not enough water, wrong mix of food.
If it's been going on for that long (2 years) I'd go to a specialist. I used to get sick like that too after eating, they put me on meds for a few months and it all cleared up.
