    Is this gyno?

    As you can see from my avatar I appear to be growing hard lump breasts out of the sides of my arm in the shoulder area. I wish they had nipples.

    how do i get those delts and those arms, you train heavy with tons of reps?
    What's your waist at looks solid and tight around the mid section

    fuck that, what does your upper body routine look like? do you have a log somewhere or its a secret?

    32" waist but I wear a lot bigger jeans.

    If I were to attribute it to someting it would be heavy doses of steroids . My routines vary greatly and are never the same. Thx btw

    You should go the Mike o’hearn route and start your own supplement line, claim natty, and attribute your success to ecdysterone supplementation (or some such bullshit), and some bizarre and impossible diet that no one will ever try to follow, as well as your own brand of BCAAs, creatine, proprietary blend “hard gainer” formula, and pre workout.
