    ...i dont know all the details but kobe was far enough from home, prolly a few drinks in him, she's not that hot so maybe she can keep a secrete. all of us prolly would have done something to her. you know the temptation thing. but he gets putang thrown at him all the time..the pressure made him give in i guess. i believe the charges will be drop tho

    He'll lose millions in endorsement money too. Even if he's 100% innocent of the charges, he'll never be the squeaky-clean good boy that everyone used to see him as.     ok now this thread is getting WAY out of hand. i vote for it to be deleted. couple of reasons - this is basically a rape issue here. not something to fuck around about. what if that was your daughter ?? would you want some internet jackass making fun of her ??

    what he should do is just settle with this goldding whore out of court, and then sue her for something minor which will keep her in the court system for years. so her judgement will reduce for x dollars to $2000, just like Eminem's mom.

    I just deleted all of the sexual comments regarding the alleged victim. If you want to discuss the legal issues, feel free. If you want to discuss if you'd sleep with her or not, take it elsewhere. Guilty or not, this is a sexual assault case.
