Steroids in Doom?

For those of you that have played doom will probably remember the beserker packs that boost your health back to 100 and increase your punching strength. Well I got bored and I altered it's appearance, because I was just really THAT bored. :D Also notice the new screwed up appearance the fist.

they had strippers with peirced nipples too and you could shoot them and money would fly everywhere! But that would always make the aliens mad
