Seeing about a drop in test., if i do it pre-workout im worthless in the gym of course. Ive noticed if i dont spank it for like a week, im so pissy i can lift more in the gym. It's kind of a catch-22... you run TEST to help you get faster/better results from you workouts... but then it makes you so horny your either nailing the old lady or spankin it 5 times a day, effectively zapping your energy so your work-outs suffer... go figure..
