Whats your goal? What did ye have in mind before you started lifting? Did u see a picture of Arnie and say " i want to look like that" or did u just want to get fit?
My goal is simple,get big and become Scotlands Strongest Man before i hit 30(got 11 years to go) It may sound like a stupid goal,but if i work hard enough,and believe in myself,it might come true..
