I was at about 210 when I started the prop, after dieting down for about a month, and now am back up to 230 without even upping my diet :D I love this RT prop......so far it's ROCKING!!

The gentlemen who took the middleweight was in awesome shape. I got to know him a couple of days before the show at the 93.7 radio ordeal. Not bad for his FIRST show!!!! :lift: :lift:
Boy that Gunter is huge! I met him in NYC right before the NOC at Gold's. He's friendly, personable and has a tone on knowledge about nutrition. Hey, and Capt, you're on your way to his bicep. Lookin' good man.
