Great now we'll have guys asking "how do I cycle my Marlboro’s, should I smoke before or right after my workout?" Better yet Should I move the cigarette from one side of my mouth to the other so one side of my body doesn’t get bigger than the other?

The guy who I predict will win the Cdn Nationals this year smokes...it must be a thing to curve cravings.

The guy is 5'5 and 270 in the off season...he gets down to 205 for comps. He's a local guy and Tom Prince also trains him. Hopefully I will get to meet Tom at Nationals this year.
