How much water weight?
I had some girl who is trying to get her trainors licscense do a BF check on me and told me it was 17%. I think she was off but she did a 4 point check. I was wondering how much of this could be water. I am currently drinking 3 gallons of water a day and have been for the past 3 months. is this throwing it off?

Well the more water you drink, the less you retain. It's dependent on what time of day you take it. Are you on a cycle right now?

nope no cycle im cutting natural. And doesnt it matter the amount of sodium intake? shit ive lost 40 lbs so far.... dont tell me its all muscle loss LOL

That what I read and what I was told more water u drink the less u would hold.

does anyone else drink 3 gallons a day? your kinda bloated most of the day, just thinking it'd push out your fat more.

I drink 3 gallons a day, Im dry as a bone in the morning though if i'm not running any gear. Throughout the day i look like a fat pig because im filled up so badly.

Ya thats what im saying. I feel tight in the morning but i got tested after like 3 pm. I had just worked out legs also.

right now I am doing 2 gallons a day I do feel bloted as hell and have to pee like a race horse I just have to wait for my body to get use to it

17%? damn...i know you're not in compitition shape like you are in your avatar...but i dunno, i have a hard time believe you (in any shape) would have more bf than me...

WELL SHE WAS OFFFF!!!!!! damn went to a real liscened trainer (I should be one) lol and he gets me at 10%. I told him what her reading was and he says "ok if you were at 17% you wouldnt see veins in your arms,back,shoulders,quads,and lats"... made sense.
