How much water weight?
I had some girl who is trying to get her trainors licscense do a BF check on me and told me it was 17%. I think she was off but she did a 4 point check. I was wondering how much of this could be water. I am currently drinking 3 gallons of water a day and have been for the past 3 months. is this throwing it off?

Well the more water you drink, the less you retain. It's dependent on what time of day you take it. Are you on a cycle right now?

WELL SHE WAS OFFFF!!!!!! damn went to a real liscened trainer (I should be one) lol and he gets me at 10%. I told him what her reading was and he says "ok if you were at 17% you wouldnt see veins in your arms, back, shoulders, quads, and lats"... made sense.
