    Anybody here eat it.. I love it.. but how good is it for you??

    I eat it..... Can't be that bad for you... it's fish. Now all that white rice is another thing.

    You consider sushi a cheat food?? Hell if I could afford I would be eating it for breakfast lunch and dinner!! I love the stuff!!

    would think if you're just eating sashimi or anything w/o the rice it'd be really good for u. love the stuff myself

    There 's a Sushi Bar here that's 12.50 all you can eat , I love and I'm there as often as I can be when I'm not dietin', in my opinion it's food from the Gods. My Fav is the Smelt Roe.

    If i'm cutting then yeah i'd say its a cheat food, especially with the quanity i consume, all that white rice kills me.

    Yeah but the white rice gets digested so quick who gives a fuck. Most (on average) sushi has 39 grams of protein....now remember I said on AVERAGE. I swear by this shit....I think it is better than most of the shit we eat....and it tastes so good!

    On a cheat day i would eat pizza or a fat sandwhich...sushi is included on my regular diet days.

    plus shouldn't it be loaded with EFA's? anyone been to Todai's? love that place to death, only problem is end up not eating just sushi

    How much do you have to eat in order to get that much protein??

    That was in one roll....on average....some rolls may be a lot less and some may be a little bit more. The rolls also have lots fo carbs becasue of the rice...but I don't care...there so good!

    You cannot go wrong with the Sashimi and regular sushi....Albacore man o man...i know where I am going to lunch.

    Todai's is nice. Me and my girl have gone there for our birthdays the last two years because it's Free.

    Not all sushi has white rice, just the rolls.
    Plus, if you get if for breakfast, you can have a roll or two instead of a bagel or oatmeal.

    Check the seafood dept in your Supermarkets.................Publix makes em fresh everyday.......you can get a serving of california rolls for like 3.50.....................I love it love it love it
