Christina has gotten very chubby. Especially in the face. She has crash diets the days before big events and videos, but she plumps up quickly after. She used to look cute like in her first album.

Anyway, the kiss between the three of them definetly was a good way to start the VMAs.

50 Cent's performance wasn't that great. Most likely because PIMP isn't one of those songs that gets the crowd moving. In Da Club might have been a better choice to get the crowd going crazy.

Are any Rappers capable of speaking proper English?
I may not be a grammar expert myself but it seems as though so many rappers and black artists or white artists who do R&B (see Justin and X-tina) are proud or at least completely comfortable with sounding poorly educated (Who dat?). I find this disturbing that having such disgraceful language skills is so accepted. I think anyone who has passed fourth grade has a better command over the English language than half the artists on MTV. Most of them can't complete one sentence correctly(50 Cent). Does sounding educated or well-spoken make you too "white" or uncool? I don't get it. Does anyone else notice this or care?

Any time I see two people kiss that I happen to be sexually attracted to, it's hot. It just so happens that I haven't yet found any guys sexually attractive and tend to think I never will. I find two guys kissing just as exciting as two nasty, unkempt, ratty girls kissing...which is to say not at all. I'm just not sexually attracted to either the aforementioned nasty chicks or guys, it has nothing to do with homophobia. Now, evidenced by porn and the fact that guys kiss girls in it and people still buy/watch it, if even one component of the equation is sexually attractive, people probably find it hot (i find it "hot" when jenna jameson is tonguing some guy even though I'm not attracted to the guy)...so imagine my excitement when I go from being turned out when 50% of the equation attracts me to 100%! That's what it's all about.

100% agree. I considered myself very well educated and I take pride in my grammar, etc. I guess that I'm not cool then b/c I have an IQ of 131, a bachelor's degree, a successful accounting career, and I'm now going into consulting.

I'd rather be what I am than some pot smoking, gun toting, brain dead, dime a dozen, 15 minutes of fame, punk rapper. At least when it's all said and done...I will still have my money and didn't piss it all away on cars, tigers, and drugs.

I think the poor English is all a part of the rapper image, it's all an act. Some of these people grew up in suburban areas and did not grow up speaking this way.
