Hey as some of ya know im cutting for a show. Yesterday and the day before I did no-carbs and today im doing 150. But just a little while ago im feeling... well just weird. I know its the next day effects of the no-carbs but i wanna get ya'lls opinion. I feeling well... i can like feel my bones being sore. and now im having like the chills. just wanted to get someones opinion maybe even a scientific explain.
