Im going to buy this bench,has anyone got and know what they're like,worth the money,micky mous contraptions etc,its just for when i cant get to the gym etc,cheers.

man unless you have a person to spot that bench would suck for the sole purpose of benching the arms are too close you put a 45 on one side of the bar it will dump unless you hold it all the way accross which is a pain in the azz
I have an old trusty home made bench for benchpresses its more for the leg exercises,butterfly and preacher attachment i want this one.
