I am impressed with ProLab!!

I just thought that I would post this. I am extremely impressed with the way that ProLab has handled my situation.

I have some Creatine Monohydrate from ProLab that has gone bad far before its expiry date. Their customer service was absolutely amazing. They wanted to take down the lot # and have me send my spoiled product back so that they could analyze it. They said to try to return it at the point of purchase and have them ship it and if they would not do that send it to them and they would take care of the situation and send me some product in return.

Isn't it nice when there are decent companies out there that take care of their paying customers???
