    Scales for bodyfat percentages

ok guys I recently bought a scale that can measure body fat and hydration level besides weight

    here is my question
does anyone have one of these? about 3 months ago I had my body fat taken at a workout equipment store and it was like 10.9%

I stepped on this scale today and I almost freaked

the hydration level was 48.3% and the body fat was 29.7%

what should a hydration level be? and how far off can this scale be?

Im 188lbs, no way in hell is almost 56lbs of me fat

I can see the top half of my abs(4pack not the bottom 2 though) for god sake

Im only 20 years old and Im 5'10

if you need any other info please tell me
but maybe i am just going on the scale wrong or something?

well I dont have a pic but here is a link to one of them

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=33166

also bigol'legs you might have a point
assuming they were off by 19% that puts me at about 10.7 which is right around where I was

I have a scale that also checks body fat %. I don't think they're that accurate. Mine says Im 17.1% body fat, I really want to buy a pair of calipers. They are the best way to measure body fat.
