holy crap--flu kicked my ass

bros i was sicker than i ever can remember before

i dropped 12lbs in 5 days---could not eat or drink or it would not stay......after 2 days didnt even want to look at food---then when i finally was able to keep food down --it ran straight out

i have been training for weeks to fight in a tournament next sat ---got to 222lbs very lean and in shape---and then sick as hell now --so i cant do the tournament

weighed 212lbs the other day--looking flat and feeling puney--everybody is like wow(probably thinking i'm on crank)
it will come back quick so i'm not stressed like i would have been in younger years
going to kick a big one soon(cycle) and now since i cant do tournament i am going to turn up weight training a notch

I feel ya on that one tapout..... I've been sick too... and can't eat. I ate part of a cookie like 4 days ago and then threw it up so... yeah. No bueno! I know how you feel though! :(
