    Keep bulking?

    Hey guys, I have been bulking for awhile now, and I'm up to 170. So I was wondering should I keep bulking even though I'm havin surgury to get rid of my gyno in October? Because when I get this shit fixed, I'm not gonna be able to train for awhile, and i really dont wanna turn into 170 pounds of lard! So should I keep bulking, start cutting, or something? What do you guys think? Thanx.

    Have you talked to your surgeon about this? There may still be some parts of your workout you can still do.... just ask him straight up, and see what he says. Now, on the other hand, he may be way overly cautious and tell you to stay in bed for the next few months... you never know. But at least bring it up with him.

    I've known people who have had this surgery and their back in the gym within 3 days doing whatever they want... it's only a very minor op, only a 2-3 inch cut.

    I'm interested to know though, what kind of cut is the doctor going to make? the ones i've seen the docs cut around the nipple line, then when it heals you cant see any scarring unless you look really hard.

    The doc said he is going to cut around the nipple line. Yeah, Im gonna have to talk with him about my workouts. So what do you think, should I go ahead and start lowering the calories now, or wait till after surgury?

    Keep Bulking man and when you are "off" for weeks from the gym...do yourself a favor and take a BCAA supplement as much as possible...it will help prevent at least a bit of the muscle wasting that will happen....
