huh?

arm tingles????? anyone get them??

when i curl standing up with my super EZ curl bar my arms have tingle shockwaves go threw them, i dunno if its my nerves or what.... anyone know what this is?

Yeah I get arm tingles sometimes.... I can never seem to pin it down to a specific cause but I would imagine it's due to shoulder impingement.

Most people think pinched nerve, but that tingle is usually from poor circulation. You can be squeezing your arms together or flexing your lats which puts preasure under your arms, that will slow down the blood going to your arms. Just look at your arms while you do it and when you feel the tingling. If your veins are puffy, you're cutting circulation. Focus on your bis, try to relax your back and don't squeez your arms together.

o, i think that might be it, i keep my elbows right at my side and kinda use my back to keep me balanced while curling...

I haven't done a cycle yet but I get pins and needles BIG time in the forearms while doing EZ Curl (Barbell curls). I don't move my wrists so except for the 90 pounds on the bar I have no clue why it does it so often.

I try to stick with dumbbells instead but you don't impress like you would if you stand up with like 90-100lb's on a curl bad and curl without moving at all.

Calipso,the idea is to go to the gym to build mass,not impress.All the monsters in my gym don't give a flying fuck what anyone thinks about what weight they're handling,they're there to stress thier muscles and force growth PERIOD! DB

you may have bursitis (tendinitis) setting in...the most uncomfortable condition i have ever had in my life hands down...go to the doctor and see if they can tell you whether you are developing it or if it is something else.

once you have it, it will never go away.

I've had severe tendonitis,6 mos of hgh shots and was gone!Never had a problem since,so daem,I have to disagree with you. DB

Yeah big,not much but recovery was rapid,wieght loss was amazing even when I was doing 4000-4500 cals daily.Shit makes you feel great.I'm on month 3 of 4ius 6 on 1 off.Give it atry bro,you won't be sorry. DB

DOnt know if this is related somehow but I cant curl with the EZ curl bar. I get HORRIBLE pain on the middle of the top of my forearms. Bad pain to. Its fucking horrible. I hate the EZ bar :eek:

Never any pain at all after arm das. I think the only exercises that gives me bad pain is exercises with the EZ bar. I cant do skullcrusher with it either I have to use straight bar. When doing pushdowns I can sometimes get the same kind of pain to if I dont use a straight bar in it. My forearms dont like the angle I guess :unsure:

huh?

i never have pain after i work out, besides the normal lil soreness after i wake up but its gone in an hour, but my arms just tingle when i curl.... if it gets worse ill goto the doctor...
