pro 42 bars are my fav the only bad thing about them is the saturated fat 4grams
its not too bad though tastes great also

had a taste of promax bars recently, tasted daaaaaaaaaaamn good. however i don't think it would be an qualify for an effective protein bar as it contains only 20g of protein. might wanna consider some for post workout though

Most taste good,but imo they're worthless.Clogs your system.Real food and if needed on the run a shake is cool. DB

I like the detour and the u-turn....@300 calories, taste great, good protien, alittle high in the fat area. :eat:

I am trying to limit my carbs and surprisingly many of the "Protein" bars are too high in carbs for me. I like the Myoplex Carb Sense bars. 28g protein and only 4 grams of carbs.

u-turn's are pretty nasty, especially at room temp. take it outside and let it heat up a little bit so some of the chocolate melts. makes it go down easier.

detour's are fantastic. nothin like eatin a snicker's bar.

anyone tried one-way yet ??

You dont like uturn bars? Compared to many others, they're pretty damn good. Detour bars are the best, i agree but uturn bars are so damn cheap. Check out allsportsnutrition.com, they have a sale going right now on them.

yeah I've tried the one way bar....it's good but nothing like the detour....detour, candybar taste with protien.....love it.

One-way. They are also made by designer whey but instead of being snickers or milkyway flavored, they are reases peanutbutter cup flavored. Did yall hear about how designer whey came out and said that they made a mistake on the first detour bar's nutritional facts. They were acually lower in protein and higher in sugar.

I like the Steel Bars from ABB. They only have about half as much protein as most bars, but they taste great and are only 99 cents.

If u don't like protien bars u can always try the pbj and tuna sandwich. :D

I dont like eating any protein bars.. I prefer to have a shake.. I can have as many grams of protein i want and it isnt cows bones and yucky stuff.
