...Just downed 3 icecream sandwiches....there's nothing like have a cheat day to eat whatever I want...I don't go overboard, but damn this is great.

Anybody else got something they look forward to on a cheat day or meal?

When im bulking... i'll have a MAJOR CHEAT DAY. I do mean major..... I'll consume about 10k cals in a day and hit up cardio that night heavy. It keeps me from going crazy though, i dont care.
